Compared with the current mainstream silicon wafer (Si), GaN has advantages that cannot be achieved. GaN has very good conductor resistance and smaller capacitance, fast switching speed, low conduction loss, and high power density. Therefore, the wafer area can be greatly reduced, and the size of the device can be reduced. The full range of Aidan Titanium power supplies uses GaN transistors. Due to the small size and high efficiency of the components, the overall body length is only 180mm. It is the smallest titanium power supply with the power of more than 1600W. It also has excellent performance, improved heat dissipation and better overall reliability.
